With turnover increasing, Good Directions takes on new staff at Botley factory.

This year has seen many changes at Good Directions Ltd as we strive to move forward in these challenging economic times but with turnover actually increasing this year, we were pleased to be able to search for a new member of staff to join us at our factory in Botley, to help cope with the increasing demand for our products and improve our despatch times to customers.

We were pleased to take on Sam Whitehead who has proved to be a very bright young spark, full of enthusiasm and zest. Sam has fitted in extremely well and is enjoying learning the new skills of the job, his training not only includes warehouse control, fork lift truck driving and despatch but also more unusual tasks such as hand gilding three dimensional copper weathervanes and clock faces.

Working for a company in a niche market such as ours, manufacturing and producing clocks, cupolas, weathervanes and GRP structures, life is at least never dull and there is always something new to learn.
